Superbloom Breathwork combines guided meditation with a variety of breathing techniques in an experience designed to uplift, inspire, focus, relax, and release. Each experience is unique and each person will take away something special for themselves. Whether it’s a new physical sensation or connection with the body, emotional release, or a shift in perspective, there is magic in the breath. Here we find opportunity for a simple yet powerful exchange; we give our attention to ourselves, to our breath, and in return we gain peace, clarity, and transformation.

5 Week Introduction to Meditation and Breathwork - A full program dedicated to teaching the foundations of meditation and yoga philosophy, along with group practice, and a Mindfulness Toolbox of short and long form meditation and breathwork techniques for use at home and in the office.

We offer classes in Santa Monica and the Greater Los Angeles area. In addition to open classes, we are available to facilitate private sessions for individuals, groups, and corporate teams.
Private sessions can be customized to suit your individual or group needs.
Examples:
For corporate clients, we might facilitate an uplifting and energizing breathwork session that encourages self empowerment, acceptance, and teamwork.
An individual session may be designed to help release stress, overcome creative barriers, or increase motivation.
Sessions range from 20-90 minutes depending on your needs.
