Q. What should I expect for accommodations and food?

A. Think of this as a normal camping trip. BYO food, drinks, tent, water, etc. (There is running water and power!) It will be cold at night, so come prepared with some warm clothes, blankets, whatever you need to feel most comfortable and cozy.  We will be providing light snacks throughout the day like breakfast bars, fruit and water. 

Q. Are fires allowed?

A. Yes, Individual fires are allowed but must be manned at all times of use. 

Q. Is there a place to cook?

A. There is a small kitchen equipped with BBQ grills, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Hot water pot, and a camp stove and utensils. With the number of participants at the event, this will be a first come, first served area, so if you can byo camp-stove for cooking, that will work best.

Q. What do I wear?

A. Bring your own vibe. Temperature can fluctuate drastically, so please bring appropriate clothing for hot days (70s-80s) and cold nights (50s-60s).  We would recommend a bathing suit or something you can get wet if you decide to participate in the contrast therapy with cold plunge and/or sauna use.  Obviously, comfortable clothing for yoga and other movement portions of the day as well as a costume… (see below)

Q. Is there a theme?

A.YES! We are calling in the real DISCO era for our dance party on Saturday night.  70s and Saturday Night Fever vibes.  THINK: Psychedelic, vibrant, groovy and FUN! Bell bottoms, big hair, big accessories, mustaches, etc. Let’s get into it! Message us if you need help!

Q. Toilets and showers?

A. There are 4 toilets and one outdoor shower available on the property.

Q. Anything else I should bring?

A1. PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- YOGA MAT
- MUG
- WATER BOTTLE

A2. We recommend a headlamp or flashlight, a journal, a water bottle, a mug and comfortable footwear!

NOTE ON WIND:

Desert weather can fluctuate from day to day and WINDS can get very strong. Please bring the appropriate stakes for your tent and safe storage for loose items.
