Connect & Move Isn't just a workout, it's a movement. Yes, you're moving your body of course BUT you're also taking time out for YOU. Committing this Wednesday morning to yourself. Showing up as you are, ready to sweat a little, breathe a little, and replenish your body, OH-- and meet some beautiful souls while doing it all.
The idea is to simply show up, (with a mat and a water bottle) and commit to 25 minutes of movement, followed by 15 of breathwork, and the rest is up to you: Stay for coffee, get in some compression boots, enjoy the view of the beach and crashing waves, or get on with your day with a little more pep in your step and a smile on your face :)
