Disco Mountain
Disco Mountain was a 3 day, 2 night wellness and music retreat in the hills above Lake Elsinore. We spent our time diving deep into our own conciousness with Sound Baths and Breathwork. We connected with our bodies and found our own flow state with yoga and fire spinning classes. And we mad new friends and connections in an acro yoga workshop. Our evenings were filled with dancing and incredible music from some of our community DJs, and guest DJ, Carlita. We hope to see you at our next event!
