Connect & Move

Connect & Move is a full body workout and community event led by legendary fitness trainer and women's lacrosse champion, Courtney Miller. The experience consists of a fun and invigorating 30 minute bodyweight workout with live DJ, followed by 10 minutes of light breathwork, then opens to a social hour for connection, free coffee, and access to our biohacking recovery lounge with compression and red light treatments.

We noticed that the fitness studio space is wonderful for workouts and getting in shape, but most studios rush members in and out to make space for the next class, so there isn’t much time to connect with your fellow members. We believe that one of the most important parts of our wellness journey is community and connection, so we designed an experience that allows for members to meet each other and start to foster a deeper sense of community and connection.
